With over two decades of strategic, financial, and leadership experience, Matthew Blaisdell is honored and well positioned to serve his team, valued customers, and strategic partners as the owner of Custom Pallet Recycling.

Over the past twenty-five years, Matthew has served in escalating roles within global corporations spanning Sales and Marketing, Operations, Divisional Global Leadership, and Director Roles, culminating his corporate career as the President and CEO of a Fortune 500 legal entity. In these positions, Blaisdell spearheaded transformational initiatives such as financial restructuring, stronger market presence, double-digit margin improvement, streamlined operations with innovative processes, and developed high-performing talent, all leading to outpaced, efficient revenue growth.
As an entrepreneur, Matthew loves the competitive elements required to succeed in business. Specifically, innovating unique business models, streamlining processes, and implementing the systems needed for scale that ultimately create value for our cherished customers.
Blaisdell holds a master’s degree in business from Dallas Baptist University and a bachelor’s degree in business with concentrations in finance and marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending quality time with his family and English Bulldogs. As a family, they share strength in their faith and a passion for leadership, growth training, sports, and outdoor activities.
Ashley France
As the Business Leader of Custom Pallet Recycling, Ashley France energetically approaches the challenge of advancing our company with urgency and responsibility. With a degree in Business Administration and 19 years at a Fortune 500 company, Ashley is well positioned to lead Custom Pallet Recycling and Custom Transportation to the next level of sustained growth. “I love our company, our customers, and the amazing team we built,” France states.
As the business leader and integrator, Ashley works daily to bring our strategic vision to life by building robust systems and processes that create unique competitive advantages.
Ashley cares deeply about customers and believes great service happens when you take ownership from start to finish. She is focused on building long-term relationships, setting clear expectations, and ensuring customers feel supported at every step. She plays a key role in the company’s financial planning and decision-making and is passionate about creating structure, accountability, and systems that allow the business to grow in a healthy, sustainable way.
Ashley values structure, open communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement, and she approaches her work with humility and a strong sense of responsibility. Ashley is committed to service in every area of our value chain, spanning from procurement to customer execution. She believes in doing the right thing and takes pride in creating an environment where both customers and employees can trust the process and the people behind it.
Outside of work, Ashley is a proud Mother of two who enjoys spending time with her kids, her huskies, reading, biking, sports, and staying active. Faith and community play a big role in her life, and she is very involved in her church and volunteer work. No matter where she is, Ashley leads with integrity, service, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
Daniel Sima
Daniel Sima is grateful for seven years of continued learning and growth with Custom Pallet Recycling. Beginning in 2019, Daniel launched his career in the pallet industry as an operator, becoming skilled in building and processing pallets. Over that span, Daniel has flourished in designing unique solutions for valued customers. “I appreciate the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, roll my sleeves up with the team, and provide industry-leading products that are trusted and reliable for our customers.”
Today, as the Operations Manager for Custom Pallet Recycling, Daniel embraces his creative side by innovating solutions that provide value in a fast-moving industry. Daniel remains focused on advancing operations by streamlining manufacturing processes and ensuring a robust, systematic approach for industry-leading quality. Consistent quality products delivered on time is Daniel’s standard for excellence.
Daniel delights in exceeding customer expectations by designing and delivering solutions that last. With the objective of ensuring our customers’ expectations are exceeded, Daniel most recently earned his Class A CDL. “Servicing our customers well is a core competency we will not compromise; earning this certification further expresses my commitment to ensuring we keep that promise.”
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys adventuring in nature, spending quality time with his dog, playing competitive golf, and time with family. He has an appreciation for cooking, traveling, and mountain biking. As the ultimate getaway, Daniel enjoys deep-sea fishing in the coastal waters of Florida.
